Mini chicken kebabs
Serves 4
- 800g chicken fillets
- 8-12 wooden skewers
- Panko bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp basil
- 1 tsp espelette chilli pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- Natura andalouse sauce
Preparation
Skewer the chicken so it sits lenghtways on the skewer. Mix the chopped parsley, basil and espelette chilli into the panko. Roll the chicken in this mixture and bake in a 180°C oven for 12 minutes, turn and cook for another 3 minutes.
Serve with the Natura Andalouse sauce.
