1. Should I keep a Natura product in the fridge after opening?

In order to preserve the taste and texture, it is best to store a Natura product in the fridge after opening.


2. How long can I keep a Natura product after opening?

We would advise you to consume our products within 30 days of opening. 


3. Are Natura products organic?

Our products are not organic, but they are natural. They contain no food additives or preservatives.


4. Have the eggs in the Natura products been pasteurised?

Yes, the eggs in our recipes have been pasteurised.


5. Do Natura products contain gluten?

Natura mayonnaise does not contain gluten and is therefore labelled ‘gluten free’. However, some other products do contain traces of gluten. For further information about the ingredients, please refer to the individual product labels. 


6. Do Natura products contain allergens?

Many Natura products contain two allergens: eggs and mustard. However, some Natura products also contain other allergens. For further information about the ingredients, please refer to the individual product labels. 


7. Why does the water sink to the bottom of the bottle?

Our dressings, made with water and oil, are produced using a traditional emulsification process. After mixing, the oil does not remain mixed with the water. This is known as an unstable emulsion as water is heavier than oil, meaning that it will sink to the bottom of the bottle. This is a natural reaction. You should therefore shake the bottle before use to combine the ingredients properly again.

1. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

Yes, it is essential to create an account if you wish to place an order. This account will also allow you to track your order, receive an invoice or register so you can modify your order for your next purchase.


2. I have forgotten the password for my account. How can I reset it?

Simply click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and enter your email address. You will then receive an automatically generated email which allows you to reset your password. If your email address is not validated, you will receive an error message and a request to try again with a different email address.


3. How can I contact Natura?

Please feel free to contact us with any creative ideas, wishes or suggestions using this link. We will respond as soon as possible.


4. Where can I find Natura products?

5. Are Natura products also available in other countries?

6. What are the delivery costs for an order placed at the Natura online store?

The delivery charge is €9 per order. Delivery is free in Belgium on orders of 30 euros or more. For delivery to a different country, the delivery costs depend on the destination.


7. Are products also delivered at the weekend?

Deliveries only take place on weekdays.


8. Which payment options do you offer? Are they secure?
