Tomatoes with prawns

Serves 4

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 600 g unpeeled prawns or 300 g peeled prawns
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  •  salt and pepper
  • 2 tbspof Natura mayonnaise



If required, peel the tomatoes (cut a cross into the skin at the top, immerse them in boiling water for 10 seconds and then immerse them in ice-cold water to make them easy to peel).

Cut the top off the tomato and scoop out the seeds with a spoon. Finely chop the parsley and shallot.

Mix the prawns with the finely chopped parsley, shallot and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Stuff the tomatoes with the prawns.

Delicious with freshly cooked fries.
