Steak sandwich

Serves 4
- 4 large slices of country bread
- 600g beef steak
- Rocket
- Parmesan shavings
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Natura truffle mayonnaise
Preparation
Steak : Take out the steak one hour before cooking. Heat a pan. Add a drizzle of olive oil and pan fry the steak rare, medium or well-done as you prefer. Season and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut into thin slices then serve.
Steak sandwich : Toast slices of bread. Spread bread slices grilled with Natura Truffle mayonnaise. Arrange the slices of steak and garnish with rocket leaves and parmesan shavings.
