Freshly made fries

4 serves
- 1 kg potatoes
- Salt
- Mayonnaise Natura
Method
Peel the potatoes and cut them into fries. Deep fry at 150°C the first time and leave to drain on kitchen paper.
A few minutes before serving, deep fry again at 180°C until golden brown.
Drain well, sprinkle with salt and serve with the mayonnaise.
