Cod fish fingers
600 g cod fillets
100 g panko or stale breadcrumbs
50 g flour
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
2 tubs of cress
Natura tartar sauce
Cut the cod into strips.
Put three bowls on the worktop. Put flour in the first bowl, beaten egg in the second and the panko and Parmesan cheese in the third.
Coat the cod strips in the flour, shake off the excess, dip them in the beaten egg and then the panko.
Fry the breaded fish strips in oil and serve with the fresh cress and tartar sauce.
Mild and fresh! Tartar sauce is the perfect partner for fish, seafood and even red meat.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, egg yolks, mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seeds, salt, spices), vinegar, pickles, salt, capers, parsley (0.2%), garlic, pepper, natural flavor spices and aromatics.
