Bearnaise steak

Serves 4

  • 250g beef entrecôte
  • Fleur de sel 
  • Black pepper 
  • Olive oil
  • One bunch watercress
  • Green or curled endive salad 
  • 600g baked or traditional fries
  • Natura Béarnaise sauce 



Remove entrecôte from the fridge so it reaches room temperature. Heat the grill. Brush entrecôte lightly with olive oil and then grill, turning once until cooked as you prefer.


Arrange on platter and season with fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper. 

Stand for 5 minutes then serve with the Natura Béarnaise sauce, salad, watercress and fries.

Sunflower oil, water, vinegar, egg yolk powder (egg yolk powder, salt, glucose syrup), sugar, tarragon (2%), salt, flavour, colorant : beta-carotene, lemon fibers.

May contain traces of mustard.
