About us

Natura: discover our sauces and dressings

Natura owes its success to two factors: the use of natural, high-quality ingredients and the knowledge which has been passed down since the company was set up by fishmonger Philippe Vryghem in 1939.

Natura products are made at the company's production facilities Ciney in Wallonia. They contain no preservatives, additives or colourings. The traditional production process, using large baking whisks, is unique.

This is what gives the sauces their authentic homemade taste!

Our engagements

CO2LOGIC

Natura is a C02 neutral company.

We are working with CO2Logic to reduce our carbon dioxide emissions. In order to achieve this, we incorporate various ecological steps into our day-to-day operations:
  • We try to sort all our waste carefully
  • We reuse cardboard
  • We use electricity from renewable sources
  • Our company cars are eco-friendly

Every year, we both compensate for our CO2 emissions and support a CO2Logic project which aims to improve living conditions in developing countries and reduce the emission of carbon dioxide in these countries.

“By reducing our company's CO2 emissions and compensating for other emissions, we accept responsibility for our own impact on the climate instead of leaving it to future generations.”

1% For The Planet

Natura is affiliated with 1% For The Planet, an international network of companies which commit to donating 1% of their annual income to an environmental organisation of their choice.

Natura believes in helping to take care of our planet and to find sustainable solutions to conserving the worlds natural resources, on which we as humans depend . That is why we are supporting African Parks, a conservation organization that manages protected areas and national parks on behalf of governments across Africa (www.africanparks.org).

African Parks currently manages 15 parks in nine countries spanning 10.5 million hectares and seven distinct ecoregions – the most amount of area under protection for any one NGO in Africa.  They are working to protect some of the worlds most threatened species – elephants, rhinos, lions, gorillas – and some of the most critically important landscapes on the continent, for the benefit of both the people and wildlife who call these parks their home.

Natura understands the importance of contributing to this positive change and a sustainable future.
