  • 200g vegetarian hamburger 
  • 4 burgers buns 
  • 250g Portobello mushrooms 
  • 100g young shoots 
  • Salt and pepper 
  • Olive oil 
  • Natura bio truffle mayonnaise 



Sauté portobello mushrooms in olive oil, season and cook the other side. Cook the vegetarian burger in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil, turn and finish cooking on the other side. Cut the bun in half and grill the inside of the bun, arrange the portobello mushroom, the vegetarian burger, some young shoots and baste the bun with Natura Bio Truffle mayonnaise.
