Serves 4 

  • 2 parsnips
  • 1 celeriac
  • 3 carrots
  • ¼ tsp garam masala
  •  Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Natura truffle mayonnaise

 

Method 

Cut the parsnips, celeriac and carrots into fries. Toss with olive oil and season with garam masala, salt and pepper.

Place them on baking paper on a baking tray and roast in a preheated oven at 190°C for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve with the Natura truffle mayonnaise.
