Serves 4 – lunch
Slice the chicken. Separate the leaves of the iceberg lettuce. Fry the bacon until crisp and slice the avocado, season with paprika and salt.
Top each wrap with some iceberg lettuce, slices of chicken, bacon and avocado and end with a little Caesar dressing.
Roll up firmly and serve.
A Caesar salad just wouldn't be complete without the traditional dressing made with grated cheese, anchovies and mustard.
Ingredients: Sunflower oil, water, vinegar, egg yolks (free range), extract of spices (fish), concentrated lemon juice, dried grated cheese (1%), mustard (vinegar, water, mustard seeds, salt, spices), salt, sugar, flax flour.
