Croutons: Cut baguette into small cubes, rub with a clove of garlic and sprinkle with olive oil and a pinch of salt. Arrange on a baking dish and brown in a 180°C preheated oven.
Chicken breast: Colour both sides of the chicken breast in a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, finish cooking in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Salad: Clean the little gem, saving some leaves for the garnish. Cut into 1 cm slices. Turn in a salad bowl, drizzle with Natura Caesar dressing. Arrange the saved leaves around the edge of the bowl. Place in the middle: little gem, anchovy fillets, croutons, finely sliced chicken and finish with parmesan shavings.
A Caesar salad just wouldn't be complete without the traditional dressing made with grated cheese, anchovies and mustard.
