Remove entrecôte from the fridge so it reaches room temperature. Heat the grill. Brush entrecôte lightly with olive oil and then grill, turning once until cooked as you prefer.
Arrange on platter and season with fleur de sel and freshly ground black pepper.
Stand for 5 minutes then serve with the Natura Béarnaise sauce, salad, watercress and fries.
