- 500g scampi cooked
- 150g purple cauliflower
- 150g radish
- 150g white cauliflower
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 150g carrots
- Grissini (type of italian breadstick)
- Natura cocktail sauce
- Natura andalouse sauce
Preparation
Clean all the veg and cut into bite-size pieces. Arrange carefully in assorted dishes and bowls. Serve with Natura Cocktail sauce or Natura Andalouse sauce (or both!).
Cocktail (160g)
A dash of whisky lends a subtle aroma to this sauce. Perfect with potato dishes or raw vegetables!
