Gourmet bites

Serves 4

  • 500g scampi cooked
  • 150g purple cauliflower
  • 150g radish
  • 150g white cauliflower 
  • 150g cherry tomatoes  
  • 150g carrots 
  • Grissini (type of italian breadstick)
  • Natura cocktail sauce
  • Natura andalouse sauce

 

Preparation 

Clean all the veg and cut into bite-size pieces. Arrange carefully in assorted dishes and bowls. Serve with Natura Cocktail sauce or Natura Andalouse sauce (or both!).
