Preparation
Wash and peel potatoes. Cut fries 1,5 cm wide. Mix with one spoon of olive oil and the remaining ingredients: garlic, panko, chopped parsley, paprika and fleur de sel. Roll the potatoes in the mixture.
Spread a sheet of baking paper on a rack in the oven. Arrange the coated fries side by side, making sure they do not touch each other. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15 minutes, turn them over and finish cooking for another 5 minutes.
Serve straight from the oven. And serve with Natura mayonnaise.
